Today, our TVIA team met with rural women in Kyegegwa district in Western Uganda.
The Women were trained on the skills for money making and self reliance. So many skills such as hotel management, salon, catering, tailoring and vending small businesses have been discussed today.
About 40% of rural women are engulfed in extreme poverty and they become victims of domestic violence.
We do invite donors to support women in development and support them for self sustainable development and reliance.
